1. Jonas Hellborg, Joe Satriani, Danny Gottlieb

While recording PIL’s record Album with Bill Laswell, Hellborg was introduced to the Music of Steve Vai’s teacher Joe Satriani. He met Joe while playing Los Angeles with Mahavishnu and Satriani agreed to do a tour in Scandinavia with Hellborg. Joining them was Mahavishnu drummer Danny Gottlieb. Shortly after Joe was recruited by Mick Jagger and started his ascent to Stardom.
